Mavim offers single sign on (SSO) by federating directly to the identity provider of the customer.

Our cloud hosting partner ensures our customers receive the best possible cloud services. Intercept are based in The Netherlands. They are ISO 27001 certified and they are one of only a few companies worldwide to meet Microsoft’s new Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP) program.
The uptime guarantee provided by Mavim is the same as the uptime guarantee provided by Microsoft. This uptime is guaranteed to be 99.95% outside of maintenance windows which we aim to plan Friday evenings CET, every 6 weeks.
A backup of the Mavim Online environment is made daily at fixed hours (08:00, 12:00 and 18:00 CET). The 18:00 backup will be retained for 64 days.
